Berkshire Community College's hospitality stackable program includes 2 certificates and 2 degrees.
The certificates allow a student to enter the workforce and then can continue their education in the Career Option degree.
The certificates:
- Culinary Arts
- Lodging (hotel management)
The degrees:
- A.S. Hospitality Administration - Career Option or
- A.S. Hospitality Administration - Transfer Option
The Associates Degree with a Career Option (not transferable) has different concentrations:
Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts Management. The culinary certificate stacks into these concentrations.
The Lodging Certificate stacks into it's own concentration.
The academic maps for these degrees show the pathway after a student has completed one of the certificates.
Berkshire also offers an Associates Degree in Hospitality Administration - Transfer Option
This is a MassTransfer program (UMASS and Mass state colleges/universities) as well as articulations with New England Culinary in VT and Johnson & Wales.
The certificates are not stackable into the transfer program.
