This course is an extenuation of CST 101 and builds on the principles covered therein; therefore, it will continue the discussion of applying the concepts of modern carpentry, engineering and technology, utilizing the framework of green and sustainability to residential and commercial construction. Specifically, this course will delve into the relationship of high efficiency, sustainability and high performance as it applies to systems built housing, plumbing and heating, safety, and utilizing such green techniques as passive solar construction. A significant amount of content includes career path discussion.
