Nursing & Allied Health Academic Bootcamp

A set of modules designed to assist nursing and allied health students in building the skills necessary to enhance learning and retention. Topics are geared towards the nursing profession and include medical terminology, math in healthcare, reading effectively, strategies and techniques for study, professional communication, critical thinking, conflict management, time management, note-taking, and exam preparation. Students will also become familiar with various exam question formats and learn optimal response strategies to increase confidence in ability and decrease anxiety in test-taking.
