Computer Support Specialist
An NAICS Professional, Scientific and Technical Services industry-specific and certificate-credentialed course is designed to show that a successful candidate has the knowledge to identify and explain PC components, setup of a PC workstation, software installation, as well as identify compatibility issues and recognize\prevent common security risks in an IT environment. Additionally, students will master the basics of proper customer service techniques in a call center setting. Students will gain experience by working in a simulated call center lab to learn the essentials of customer service, interpreting information, improving customer service skills and learning about call center operations.
