CQI-TQM in Action eLearning Simulation

This simulation is designed to illustrate to the healthcare students who have received initial instruction or information on this topic, the use of Continuous Quality Improvement and Total Quality Management tools. This is accomplished through the presentation of illustrated case studies that show various healthcare professionals and staff working as a team and using seven CQI/TQM tools to direct their resolution. Students are asked to respond to each scenario by giving their input to the team.
