Success Skills for Certified Nurse Aids (CNAs) Video Series

HealthCARE Montana responded to employer requests for soft skills training for Certified Nurse Assistants by developing five short videos. Each one covers a topic essential to workplace success, including Leadership, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Communication, Professionalism and Organization and Time Management. The videos can be used for staff training at orientation, in in-service training, or one on one.
