Kansas Technical Re/training Among Interdisciplinary Networks (KanTRAIN)

The KanTRAIN Project is a skills-based approach to building programs based on industry needs and leveraged technology to provide access to employment sector opportunities for participants. This model provides an industry-based approach that assesses participants' knowledge, skills, and abilities, and provides competency-based training for the skills and credentials students need to find meaningful employment in high-wage, high-demand jobs.
